Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

What You'll Be Doing: Join our team as a MASH Social Worker and play a key role in improving the lives of children and families in need of safeguarding support. In this role, you will:
Perform comprehensive assessments of safeguarding concerns.
Collaborate with other agencies (e.g., police, healthcare, education) to ensure child welfare.
Develop and implement care plans to address safeguarding issues.
Deliver evidence-based interventions to optimize outcomes for children and families.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of casework.
Requirements & Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:
A current and valid Social Work registration and HCPC pin.
Experience working in child protection, safeguarding, or children in need.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
A commitment to delivering high-quality, child-centered care.
Working Hours & Contract Duration: This role offers a flexible working position, requiring availability Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with flexibility where possible. The contract is for 3-6 months ongoing, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
