Your Impact
As a Senior PR Account Manager/Junior Account Director, you'll lead a small team whilst creating powerful campaigns that build confidence amongst investors and drive demand with customers. This role offers clear progression to Account Director or Associate Director as we continue our ambitious growth trajectory.

Here\'s what you\'ll be doing:
- Leading and mentoring a dedicated PR team, providing constructive feedback and skill development
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners (designers, in-house PR & Marketing teams) to execute campaigns.
- Developing strategic communications campaigns for industrial innovation clients
- Driving media relations and securing high-impact coverage in tier-one and industry-specific publications.
- Crafting compelling content for press releases, blogs, social media posts, and other PR materials across channels.
- Coordinating press press trips and client speaking opportunities at industry events in London and elsewhere in Europe and the U.S.
- Developing social media strategies (LinkedIn), content and visuals for clients.
- Reporting on media coverage impact as well as social media performance metrics across client portfolio
- Managing client relationships and expectations
- Supporting business development and agency growth
- Keeping ahead of industry trends and helping the team stay in front of the competitive landscape
Essential Experience
- Proven track record of securing media coverage in tier-one and industry-specific publications.
- Expertise in LinkedIn marketing, including content strategy, creation and analytics.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills—ability to craft compelling narratives for PR and social media.
- Strong relationships with journalists and media contacts in the industrial tech, deep tech, and sustainability sectors (preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and KPIs are met.
- Data-driven mindset—comfortable using analytics tools to track PR and social media performance.
- Self-starter, entrepreneurial drive with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Excellent commercial awareness with the ability of costing up PR projects and retainers, keeping a tab on account profitability and proactively adjusting when necessary.
- Track record of successful client relationship management - including gathering feedback, renewal process, etc.
- Proven team leadership capabilities - Must have experience in managing and grown team (5+)
