As the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of facilities services across two tertiary education buildings based in  Dublin 7. You will lead a team of managers, technicians, and frontline staff to ensure high standards of service delivery, compliance, and financial performance.Key Responsibilities✔ Operational Leadership: Oversee the delivery of FM services, including hard and soft services, planned preventative maintenance, and lifecycle programmes.✔ Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, service partners, and key stakeholders.✔ Team Management: Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring motivation, performance, and professional growth.✔ Financial & Budget Control: Manage budgets, optimise expenditures, and drive financial efficiency.✔ Compliance & Safety: Ensure full legislative compliance, manage safety procedures, and uphold best practices in health & safety.✔ Emergency & Incident Response: Be an active member of the Emergency Response & Incident Management Team, available on call when required.What We’re Looking For🔹 Experience: 3-5 years in an operational role within FM, ideally with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.🔹 Education: 3rd level qualification in Building Services Management, Facilities, Engineering, or a related field.🔹 Technical Knowledge: Understanding of HVAC, Fire Protection, Mechanical & Electrical systems, and BMS.🔹 Certifications: IOSH / NEBOSH qualifications and membership in a professional body such as BIFM / CIBSE.🔹 Skills: Strong communication, leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to drive change and innovation.What we offer:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
