Job Title: Locum Clinical Pharmacist (Band 7)
Location: South Wales - Large Acute NHS Hospital
Duration: 6 Months
Schedule: 3, 4, or 5 days per week (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm with a 30-minute lunch break)
Start Date: March 2025
Rate of Pay: �32 - �40 per hour (via Umbrella)

What You'll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of hospital patients. In this role, you will: ? Perform comprehensive medication reviews and ward-based clinical assessments ? Support patient care by advising on appropriate medication therapies ? Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to optimize treatment plans ? Ensure the safe and effective use of medicines in line with NHS protocols ? Maintain accurate records and contribute to high standards of patient care
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need: ? A current and valid GPhC registration ? Prior hospital ward experience (essential) ? Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills ? The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team ? A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This flexible locum role requires availability from Monday to Friday , with 3, 4, or 5-day work options . The contract is for 6 months , with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
