Hours of Work: Full-time, flexible hybrid working arrangements.
As a Senior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in defining and maintaining the Prospect brand's visual identity. You will collaborate with our dynamic marketing and design team, interpreting briefs to craft engaging experiences across a variety of platforms including websites, online ads, email campaigns, social media, window displays, and print. You will act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistent quality across all design deliverables while innovatively taking ideas from concept to final design.
Senior Designer Requirements:
* Proven experience in digital design, particularly in enhancing and maintaining brand identities.
* Strong understanding of website and app design, grounded in human-centred design or UX principles.
* Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is essential.
* Familiarity with video editing, motion graphics, Dreamweaver, HTML, CSS, as well as photography and videography is a bonus.
* Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to translate briefs into compelling visual designs.
