Our client, a highly respected multinational Lloyd's Insurance broker is looking for a Processing Team Leader.
As a Team Leader, you will coordinate technical support within a team of Technicians aligned to specific product lines. While this is not a line management role, you will supervise operational tasks, ensuring service delivery and acting as the first point of contact for team queries.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Be responsible for and coordinate technical support within the team, ensuring workflow and adherence to company standards
• Lead assigned projects and supply to team initiatives
• Assist in the creation and processing of client and broking documents, including slips, quotes, and endorsements
• Monitor team output to maintain service and quality standards
• Support the broking team by providing technical assistance
• Act as a point of escalation for team queries and urgent issues
• Train and mentor junior team members
• Develop relationships with business units and clients
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory obligations
