Communicate with Retail Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders actioning any issues that arise straight away. Use daily handovers to communicate with all departments.Develop retail operations to improve and gain consistency across all areas. Ability to communicate with team leaders and supervisors to ensure the orders are being prepped efficiently. Regular communication via reports and feedback on continued progression. Always on time and ready to perform all required duties.Attend relevant management briefing. Ensure staff sign all relevant e-paperwork to comply with company standards.All team leaders are fully briefed on specific operation instruction. All wastage/transfers to be recorded on Goodtill. Be able to effectively delegate and follow instructions given by Retail Management.Provide thorough and clear briefings to staff. Complete accurate weekly stocktake.Ensure all areas are clear at the end of the event complying with the Levy standards. Ensure staff are carrying out challenge 25 procedure and are briefed to all staff members and being followed through accurately when reporting.Undertake any other duty deemed reasonable by Management, in order to meet the demands of the business. Be visible on the concourse should there be any queries by guests or staff. Acknowledge and act upon individual customer needs whilst observing the service standards including managing complaints.Maintain focus on front of house operations including queue management, exceptional service, and presentation of units.Drive team to get response to survey through reward and recognition.
