Rate of Pay: �30 - �38 per hour

What You'll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of mental health patients . In this role, you will:
Perform comprehensive patient assessments
Create and implement personalised care plans
Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
Maintain accurate patient records
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A current and valid GPhC registration
Experience working with mental health patients
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers a flexible working position, requiring availability from Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (open to 4 days) with flexibility where possible. The contract is ongoing , with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
