Rate of Pay: �27 - �37 per hour

What You'll Be Doing
Join our team as a Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in improving patient care across rotational wards, including medical, surgical, and potentially ICU for the right candidate . In this role, you will:
Perform comprehensive medication reviews and patient assessments
Provide expert clinical advice to multidisciplinary teams
Monitor and optimise medication therapy for improved patient outcomes
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and NHS guidelines
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Requirements & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A current and valid GPhC registration
Previous hospital experience is required
Strong clinical knowledge in medical, surgical, and potentially ICU settings
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration
This is a flexible locum role, requiring availability from Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:00 . The contract is ongoing , with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
