Job Title: Medicines Management Pharmacy Technician (Band 5)
Location: North West London (Large NHS Hospital - Parking on site)
Duration: 3-6 months
Schedule: Full-time or part-time, 9am - 5:15pm (45 mins lunch)
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Ongoing
Rate of Pay: �18 - �21 per hour (via Umbrella)

What You'll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Medicines Management Pharmacy Technician and play a key role in supporting NHS hospital services. In this role, you will:
Assist with medicines reconciliation and medication reviews
Work on wards , collaborating with pharmacists and healthcare teams
Ensure the safe and effective use of medications for patients
Provide medicines management support and patient counselling
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
GPhC registration as a Pharmacy Technician
Experience working in NHS hospital pharmacy (wards-based experience preferred)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
The ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital setting
A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers flexible working options, with shifts available Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:15pm . The contract is 3-6 months , with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
