Person specification :
* ( Essential ) Registration with the NMC as a Registered Nurse (RN Adult or RMN)
* ( Essential ) Senior-level experience caring for older adults with a range of complex health needs
* ( Essential ) Clinical leadership experience - e.g. conducting risk assessments and investigations, managing a budget, and supporting the development of a clinical team
* ( Desirable ) Previous experience as a Deputy Manager
