Pay Rates (Band 5):
Day Rate: �22.61 per hour Saturday / Night Rate: �27.80 per hour Sunday / Bank Holiday Rate: �33.82 per hour
What You'll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Community Nurse and play a key role in improving the lives of patients in a community setting. In this role, you will: ? Perform comprehensive patient assessments ? Provide injections, wound care, and end-of-life care (including syringe drivers) ? Conduct leg ulcer assessments using Doppler machines ? Carry out bladder and bowel assessments ? Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care ? Maintain accurate patient records
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need: A current and valid NMC registration and PIN Previous community nursing experience Skills in injections, wound care, end-of-life care, leg ulcer assessments, and bladder/bowel assessments A valid UK driving license and access to your own car Strong communication and interpersonal skills A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This flexible locum position requires availability from Monday to Friday, with possible weekend shifts. ? Contract duration: 3 months , with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
