Caring, Aspiring, Professional, Sustainable JOB VACANCY: An exciting opportunity to join St Mary’s  Clerk to the Board of Trustees Salary £30,000 per annum pro rata (Annualized contract, working hours 416 hours per annum) If you are an experienced Clerk/Administrator who can deal with a wide range of people and situations, are able to communicate well, both written and verbally and have proven organizational and prioritization skills, we would love to hear from you.  The role includes: Provide a professional administrative and organizational support service to the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees and our Trustees. Manage the administration and guidance on related governance matters, to meetings of the Board of Trustees, committees and associated working groups Ensure up to date records of Trustee appointments and all formal documentation is held by the Charity Commission and Companies House. Keep under review all governance arrangements or developments which might impact the charity. To support with recruitment, induction and training for new Trustees. Provide administrative and organization support to the CEO and Executive team members.
