Rewarded.What you’ll do:Ensure our prestigious sites indoor and outdoor spaces are looking trim, through regular mowing, edging greenery and pruning hedges and shrubsMaintaining pathways, driveways, woodland areas, keeping pesky weeds at bay - identifying notifiable and non notifiable weeds and treat as requiredShowcase your green thumb and assist with landscape improvement projectsKeep yourself and our teams safe, following safety and hazard prevention proceduresUphold cleanliness standards in accordance with industry regulationsEnsure a planned calendar of work is in placeWinter duties (between Oct and March) to include Gritting, Snow Removal (if required)Use of petrol driven machinery and hand toolsDriving License requiredWhat you bring:Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of gardening solutions and their uses would be beneficialCustomer service and communication skillsCan work at a fast pace and adapt to shifting priorities when neededBe a team player and take instructionKnowledge of indoor and plant species and the care programme required for theseWhat we offer:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater. This will be seasonal and based upon weather forecast for gritting/snow clearance on site.
