Your impact:
As anRecruitment Coordinator for Apprenticeships, you will be instrumental in helpingGet Set UK meet its apprenticeship recruitment targets and ensure a smooth and compliant enrolment process.
Support candidates:Communicate with potential apprentices, guiding them through the application and recruitment process.
Engage employers: Assist businesses in shortlisting, assessing, and scheduling interviews with potential apprentices.
Onboarding excellence: Work closely with account managers and learning mentors to ensure apprentices are onboarded seamlessly.
Promote apprenticeships: Support outreach and sales activities to engage new employers and candidates.
Manage vacancies: Create and monitor apprenticeship vacancies on government recruitment platforms.
Ensure compliance: Oversee apprenticeship service administration to ensure employers are correctly set up.
Track progress: Accurately record actions, meeting notes, and compliance data for apprenticeship-related activities.
Support learners & employers: Facilitate feedback collection, learner destination tracking, and data management.
Office coordination: Assist with general office tasks, ensuring the workspace operates efficiently.

Collaborative: You build strong relationships with colleagues, apprentices, and employers.
Experience & qualifications:
We are looking for individuals with a passion for apprenticeships and career development, with the following experience:
Essential:
Relevant experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative or customer service role.
Compliance knowledge: Understanding of apprenticeship regulations and compliance requirements.
Tech proficiency: Strong skills in CRM systems, digital tools, and MS Office.
Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage and inspire.
Desirable:
A customer service or business administration apprenticeship (or equivalent).
Experience in apprenticeship coordination or recruitment.
