You will oversee the effective delivery of the Planned Preventative Maintenance Service, while also providing support for reactive maintenance during normal operating hours. Additionally, you will assist in delivering emergency reactive maintenance services outside of regular operating hours, ensuring continuous and efficient operations.Successful candidates will need to have relevant qualifications together with consistent experience in a similar environment. With extensive experience in building services and plant engineering, you will bring a strong knowledge of Construction Design Management Regulations (CDM) and a deep understanding of Health and Safety qualifications, including COSHH and Permit to Work Regulations. Your expertise will extend to interpreting Health Technical Memorandums (HTMs) and ensuring full compliance with statutory regulations.
