This role involves helping people who are experiencing mental health issues to find and move into, maintain and retain appropriate accommodation.  You will provide housing related support and advice to people to assist them with their tenancy and prevent evictions.As a Tenancy Support Worker, you will visit people in their home and within community settings to help them to understand their options and navigate the services and support available to them. You must have a ‘can-do' attitude, be willing to go the extra mile, and be able to think outside the box. Your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate and up-to-date record-keeping on our internal IT system.
