You belong in a team where you can act with purpose and thrive in your own way.What you’ll do:Planning and implementation of forward scheduling / reaction to short notice cover requirementsEnsure initial scheduling of new employees completed within an acceptable timeframeMonitor & supervise the delivery of customer support requests ensuring deadlines are metAssist in maintaining a safe working environment for all employeesAssist in the monitoring of alarm and CCTV system providing appropriate response to un-planned eventsRemain alert at all times in the maintenance of the Control Room integrity and in the protection of its assetsEnsure Book On / Off and Welfare check calls are completed Incident report writing for any incident that occurs to the highest levelEscalate incidents where requiredMonitor Risk Watches to ensure officers in high risk locations are safe and wellMonitor the mailbox continually throughout the shiftComplete Penetration tests to the highest levelAnswer and Log helpdesk calls.What you bring:Valid SIA licence DS / SG minimum and CCTV LicenceGood Analytical skillsMethodical and thorough approach to work maintaining attention to detailData management & inputAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and customersCompetent with different types of operational systemsAble to proactively plan training activity / events and mitigate potential barriers to successStrong interactive communication skillsWhat we offer: Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
