You’ll inspire and mentor the team while maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and motivate the kitchen team to deliver exceptional results.Assist in the development of innovative menus and creative dishes.Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently, managing stock, budgets, and costs.Oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring consistency and quality.Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.Train and develop junior team members to help them achieve their potential.The Ideal CandidateExperience: Proven track record as a Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role within a professional kitchen.Skills: Strong leadership, creativity, and excellent organizational abilities.Attitude: A passionate, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.About UsRestaurant Associates provides brilliant hospitality through our food, drink and services.
