You will play a key role in supporting the Outpatient nursing team to deliver safe, effective, and high-quality care across a range of specialties, ensuring best practices align with HCRG Care Group policies and procedures. Leading on clinical governance within the department, you will oversee the delivery and audit of key areas, including medicines management and adherence to infection control protocols.Base: Outpatient Department, Farnham Hospital, Hale Road, Farnham, GU9 9QL.As part of the interview process, successful applicants will be invited for an informal visit to the department. You will lead by example, upholding HCRG Care Group values and demonstrating excellence in clinical care and practice.Your responsibilities will include maintaining your own clinical competencies to ensure evidence-based practice, overseeing workforce planning—including recruitment, succession planning, and rostering—and fostering a positive and supportive environment for both patients and colleagues.You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong professional relationships, ensuring effective communication, and promoting a harmonious working environment. Your leadership skills will be essential in conflict resolution, team motivation, and integration at all levels.
