As our Development Team Improvement Manager, you’ll dive into the inner workings of our Dev team, observe processes and recommend improvements. You'll present your findings in a clear, engaging manner, and work to influence behavioural change across the team, helping embed better practices. As part of the Digital Management Team, you’ll play a key role in driving continuous improvement.About youYou bring experience managing and leading technical teams, with strong coding skills and familiarity with cloud technologies (preferably AWS) and web development (React, Drupal). You’re able to navigate complex technical environments and apply strategic thinking to improve operational practices.
