Are you a Band 6 Care Coordinator, RMN, Social Worker, or Occupational Therapist looking for a rewarding locum role in Northallerton? We have an exciting opportunity with great pay and flexibility!

* Location: Northallerton
* Duration: 3-6 Months
* Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00am-17:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
* Start Date: ASAP
* End Date: Based on contract duration
* Rate of Pay: �26 per hour

What You'll Be Doing: Join our team as a Band 6 CMHT professional and play a key role in supporting individuals with mental health needs. This hybrid role offers a combination of remote and in-person working. In this role, you will:
* Perform comprehensive patient assessments
* Develop and implement individualised care plans
* Deliver evidence-based interventions to support patient recovery
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
* Maintain accurate patient records
Requirements & Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current and valid NMC registration
* Experience in mental health as a Care Coordinator, RMN, Social Worker, or OT
* A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
* A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration: This is a hybrid role requiring availability from Monday to Friday, 09:00am-17:00pm (37.5 hours per week). The contract is for 3-6 months with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
