Team LeaderPay rate: £ 15.75Do you have experience as a Team Leader or feel ready to step up into a new role?We've got a new and exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to work with a person we support living in their family home in Norwich. This person has a severe Brain Injury and Polytrauma, but this does not define them. More interestingly they have a great sense of humour and a love for dressing up and doing their own and others hair and makeup. They require support to work alongside their MDT and implement the advice given as part of their rehabilitation journey, as they continue to strive for greater independence. To make the most of trips out and about, we need people who are local to Norwich and hold a full UK Driving Licence.Enriching activities will be an important factor in your support, and you will bring a wonderfully empathetic approach to truly make a difference to this person’s life. You will also need to bring previous experience with working with Brain Injuries and providing rehabilitation support.What will your shift involve?In this role your time will be split between providing high-quality care, ensuring that the person you support receives compassionate and attentive care tailored to their specific needs and also overseeing, inspiring and managing a growing team of support workers. Additionally, you will be undertaking administrative tasks such as creating staff rotas and maintaining care plans.More about Acuity Care GroupWe have been around for nearly 20 years so know our stuff!
