Coventry and Warwickshire Sexual Health Service is seeking a Specialist HIV Pharmacist to lead and deliver HIV pharmacy services across our four hubs!You will join a dedicated multidisciplinary team, including Consultants, Doctors, Nurses, Pharmacists, Health Advisors, and administrative staff, to provide expert pharmaceutical care and support patients with HIV.We are looking for an experienced HIV Pharmacist with at least three years of Band 7 experience who can confidently lead HIV Pharmacy provision, including prescribing, regimen switching, and conducting autonomous patient reviews. You will play a key role in optimising antiretroviral therapy, managing a caseload of patients with diverse and complex needs, and contributing to the redesign and modernisation of HIV services.
