HCRG Care Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Band 7 Integrated Therapies Team Lead / Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. This exciting full-time opportunity will allow you to contribute to a service focused on providing high-quality care and therapy for children and young people across Wiltshire. As the Team Lead, you will manage a complex caseload while leading and developing the team to ensure the effective delivery of our integrated therapy services. You will be based at one of our three Wiltshire hubs (Chippenham, Trowbridge or Salisbury).
