Admissions Officer Part time 0.6 FTE (22.5 hours per week)
We are looking for an Admissions Officer to join our busy team at University of Plymouth International College (UPIC)!
The Admissions Officer is expected to support the College Admissions function working closely with the Admissions Manager and the Director of Marketing and Admissions, and with the University
Partner's (UP) Admissions and Compliance teams.
This role will liaise with international colleagues and applicants within a friendly and close working team delivering a fantastic customer service experience for our students.

Salary: up to �15,330 per annum based on 0.6 FTE
Admission Officer Duties:
* Application processing, payment processing and student arrivals
* Process student applications in a timely and accurate manner, aiming for a College turnaround time of max 72 hours
* Arrange and carry out admission interviews
* Contribute as necessary to solving problems/ issues raised by Source Country Office and agents
* Support CAS documentation and verification processes (with Partner University)
* Handle on the ground complex student and agent enquiries
* Develop excellent University Partner (UP) engagement, via connections and working relationships with UP admission and compliance teams
* Support CAS issuance alongside the Admissions Manager with the UPSupport the reporting of non-arrivals to UP
* Assist in the provision of pre departure information
* Support Admissions Manager in the creation, maintenance and quality assurance of student records
Support the management of student records, liaising with the UP to ensure that records are kept up to dateSupport on admission compliance troubleshooting
* Assisting in the preparation of monthly reports on admissions issues and trends inclusive of recommendations
* Coordinating student accommodation enquiries and information requests and bookings, liaising with the Student Experience Team to ensure a seamless accommodation booking process
* Contribute to delivery of webinars and activities for agents/studentsParticipating in enrolment and orientation activities
* Carrying out duties as may be required by the College Director and Director of Marketing and Admission
Admission Officer Requirements:
* Tertiary Level education or possess related sector qualifications/training
* Excellent understanding of front-line customer relationship management
* Proven ability as a 'team player'
* Proven ability to organise own workload and to cope with a variety of task demands
* Flexible attitude to work including a willingness to work weekends and evenings in support of student and administrative activities
