The heart of the roleAccountable for Profitability, Performance, Quality, and Regulatory Compliance across the Northern Distribution Centres, ensuring all operations meet business and legal standards.Develop and Deliver Strategic Plans to increase productivity, reduce costs, and meet quality objectives at each depot.Provide Leadership and Guidance to depot management teams, setting objectives, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement through clear KPIs.Drive productivity improvements, cost reduction, and quality enhancements through strategic initiatives and a LEAN culture.
