The team is based in Chippenham Community Hospital and provides patient care between 07.00 and 22.00 hours. This post is for 30 hours over 4 days and we are looking for an experienced nurse with wide experience in supporting patients and teams. The Ideal CandidateApplicants will need experience in complex patient care, community working and evidence of professional development including a Non-Medical Prescribing qualification and other relevant skills such as physical assessment and clinical reasoning. We are looking for a nurse, who has excellent communication skills and is resilient and motivated to work flexibly in our busy, friendly team. As this role requires travel, a driving license and access to a car is required for this role.You will also need to be confident with a variety of IT systems including Microsoft Office packages.
