We are currently seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in our continued success.Role Overview:As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our contract catering services. You will work closely with the team to ensure that our service delivery is aligned with client needs and company objectives. Your leadership and expertise will be key in optimising operational efficiency, managing budgets, and fostering strong client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of catering operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and service delivery.Assist in developing and managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and implementing cost-control measures to achieve financial targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction with our services.Lead and motivate a diverse team, providing training, support, and performance management to enhance productivity and engagement.
