Location: Wimsey Way, Somercotes, Alfreton DE55 4LS
Hours: Full Time. 39 hours per week.
Shifts: This role will operate over two alternating shifts. The morning shift - Monday to Friday 6.00am to 2.00pm and the afternoon shift - Monday to Thursday 2.00pm to 12.20am.
You will be paid an initial training rate of £14ph and once up to speed you will be paid piecework, OTE of £16-£18ph

What you'll be doingWe're looking for a Fabric Cutter to join our fast paced manufacturing team at our Lincoln House manufacturing site, on a permanent basis. A Fabric Cutter is a role to start building a rewarding career and making yourself at DFS. You will learn the processes of cutting fabric as part of the manufacturing process building your ability and knowledge of using our Lectra cutting machines along the way.
The role is for you if...
You have experience using mechanical/electronic cutting machines
You have experience hand cutting fabrics
You have previously worked in a fast paced manufacturing environment
Are driven and motivated
Can work well in a team environment
Are willing to learn
