We are seeking a talented and driven Performance Analyst to join our dynamic team at Delta 1100, Cardiff. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and timely delivery of reports, as well as providing valuable insights that drive performance improvements across client supply chains. What you’ll do:
Accurately and efficiently deliver contractual, monthly, and ad-hoc reports within agreed deadlines.
Gather data from various stakeholders, ensuring full ownership of the data and its accuracy.
Produce Supplier Performance reports, highlighting any in-month risk areas and escalating to the Performance Manager.
Report on Supplier Performance on a weekly and monthly basis, acting as an early warning system for potential risk areas and promptly escalating issues.
Provide clear, concise commentary, insights, and recommendations based on performance data.
Proactively analyse reporting outputs to identify opportunities for improvement and create actionable recommendations.
Develop new reports aligned with business needs and client requirements, ensuring reports provide actionable insights.
Produce accurate reports from a variety of data sources to operationally support the client and account team.
Regularly review and update process documents and process maps, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Conduct quality assurance on all reporting outputs, ensuring a full audit trail and visibility of any remedial actions taken.
Identify new reporting opportunities that can better support client objectives and improve operational performance.
Challenge existing reporting methods and processes to ensure the most effective and efficient service is delivered.
What you bring:
Relevant experience within a similar role where gathering, manipulating and analysing data was essential
Experience of reporting on measurement results and identifying trends
Experience of building effective working relationships both internally and externally
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good knowledge of reporting systems, Power Bi
Able to plan and prioritise own workload
