As an CRM - Procurement Specialist, you will lead a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring the accurate delivery and completion of services while cultivating long-term profitable relationships. You will serve as a trusted advisor, offering insights and guidance to help clients understand their options and make informed decisions. Your role will involve collaborating closely with internal teams, managing client expectations, and generating commission income through exceptional service. With a focus on renewals, you'll proactively engage clients, providing bespoke reports and market updates to enhance their experience and maximise value.

CRM - Procurement Specialist Requirements:
* Experience in the Energy industry, specifically in electricity and gas procurement.
* A strong understanding of fixed and flexible energy products and services.
* Knowledge of carbon reduction initiatives is advantageous.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
* High degree of resilience and tenacity with a solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
