Home first is the ideal outcome for many patients leaving hospital, but a temporary stay in a setting that is a homely environment that can provide 24-hour care is sometimes required. The community care beds do this, enabling early discharge from hospital and reducing hospital admissions. The community care beds service delivers complex care whilst empowering patients as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team.This is a city-wide post. Driving is essential for the post holder, as it will require driving between the hubs.The administrator role supports the provision of efficient and effective administrative services to the organisation in order to meet identified business needs.- Provide excellent customer service during face-to-face/telephone reception service using verbal and written communication to liaise with staff, directorates, the public, patients, and visitors.- Deal with queries, either via telephone, face to face, or electronically, promptly and efficiently to ensure that accurate and quality information is provided.
