Band 7 Senior Social Worker - �30 per hour - Hertfordshire
Location: Hertfordshire
Start Date: 10th February
Contract Length: 4-5 months
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 AM - 17:00 PM (37.5 hours per week)
Pay Rate: �30 per hour
We are seeking an experienced Band 7 Senior Social Worker to join a dedicated team in Hertfordshire on a 4-5 month contract . This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals and families while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting assessments and developing care plans
* Providing expert guidance and support to social workers
* Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes
* Safeguarding and advocating for vulnerable individuals
* Managing complex caseloads with professionalism and efficiency
Requirements:
* Qualified Social Worker with relevant degree and registration
* Previous experience in a senior social work role (Band 7 or equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices
* Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
* Ability to manage a varied and challenging caseload
