Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Days)
Contract Length: 3 months
Location: Rotherham
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM
Hourly Rate : �32 - �33 per hour (Outside IR35)
About the Company:
We are seeking Electrical Maintenance Engineers to join a leading engineering company for a critical project in Rotherham in Food Manufacturing.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team on a 3-month contract. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems in a bakery environment to ensure smooth production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Routine inspections and maintenance of electrical systems (PLCs, motors, control panels, etc.)
* Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults quickly to minimize downtime
* System optimization for improved efficiency and reliability
* Documenting maintenance and repair activities
* Adhering to electrical safety standards and practices
Qualifications & Experience:
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
* Previous experience in electrical maintenance, ideally within a food production or similar environment
* Strong troubleshooting skills with bakery electrical systems
