As the EHSS Advisor, you'll play a key role in driving our "safety first" agenda on site. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine checks, managing site audits, and collaborating with the wider management team to ensure a safe working environment. You will be the recognised authority on site governance, responsible for mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements. Your proactive approach to incident investigations and your ability to communicate effectively with both management and employees will be essential in fostering a culture of safety.
Hours of Work: Full-time, Permanent
EHSS Advisor Requirements:
* NEBOSH General Certificate
* TechIOSH Certification
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Proven experience in managing a small team
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels
