We are seeking a Contract Director to lead the delivery of services across 24 HMRC sites in the West Region. The role covers Hard FM (including compliance, projects, and billable works), Soft FM (cleaning, waste, reception, mailroom), Catering, Sustainability, Health & Safety, and Continuous Improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Drive profitable growth by fostering long-term, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and value.
Business Strategy Implementation: Align service delivery with client needs, acting as the key strategic interface between clients and Sodexo functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
Account & Sector Development: Own, define, and manage sector and account development plans, leading change management processes and ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met while driving innovation.
Business Development Support: Identify opportunities with existing clients to maximize growth and profit, selling additional services and expanding Sodexo’s offering.
Team Leadership & Profitability: Lead, manage, and develop direct reports, ensuring team success while maximizing contract profitability and meeting financial and service level targets.
Continuous Improvement: Drive service improvement initiatives, using customer insights to inform strategy and prioritizing areas for performance enhancement.
Change Leadership: Champion change, innovation, and the retention of Investors in People, acting as a Sodexo Ambassador and promoting continuous development.
Information Security: Being digitally and data led as a contract requires that all elements of Sodexo and the Clients Information security requirements are adhered to. You will lead the team to be proficient and complaint to all necessary Information security controls.

Key Requirements:
Significant FM leadership/management experience, delivering multi-service lines across multiple sites.
Proven success managing budgets, profitability, and large, diverse teams.
Strong relationship management at all levels.
Practical knowledge of technical and soft services, and operational excellence.
Proficiency in MS 365, CAFM/CMSS, and PowerBi.
Ability to handle complex financial data and shifting priorities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.
Experience with health, safety, and performance standards.
Desirable Qualifications:
NEBOSH National General Certificate or Diploma
IWFM or CIBSE qualifications
CIEH Level 3
Non-frontline security license

Package Description
40 Hours per week
Monday-Friday
£75,000 - £85,000 per annum
Car allowance
Eligible for a 15% bonus
