Astute’s Power team is partnering with a large-scale European Engineering and Construction company to recruit an EC&I Manager to oversee the Electrical, Control & Instrumentation scope on 12 months for its Scotland site.
The EC&I Manager role comes with a competitive rate per day.
Key skills:
* Lead and manage the EC&I engineering scope for the new EfW plant, ensuring technical compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
* Oversee the design, specification, procurement, and installation of EC&I systems.
* Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver project milestones on time and within budget.
* Ensure EC&I works comply with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
* Provide technical guidance and problem-solving expertise during design, construction, and commissioning phases.
* Support the development of testing and commissioning plans, ensuring seamless integration of electrical and control systems.
* Interface with project stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and other engineering disciplines.
* Develop and implement risk assessments and mitigation strategies for EC&I-related activities.
* Maintain project documentation and reporting to ensure transparency and effective communication.

* Scotland
* Outside IR35
