Astute’s Power team is partnering with a large-scale European Engineering and Construction company to recruit a Mechanical Manager - Piping Package on 12 months for its Scotland site.
The Mechanical Manager - Piping Package role comes with a rate of �450-�550 per day.
Key skills:

Manage and oversee the installation of piping systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure efficient workflow.
*
Supervise mechanical and piping contractors, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
*
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.
*
Identify and mitigate potential risks related to piping installation.
*
Ensure all documentation, including permits and quality records, is maintained and up to date.
*
Liaise with client representatives, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
*
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or logistical issues related to the piping package.
*
Support commissioning and handover activities upon project completion.
