This person has a Brain injury, they require a high level of complex care such as Tracheostomy, suctioning and Peg feeding. You will also need to ideally bring previous experience with you in the following:- Complex care- Spinal InjuryWhat will your shift involve?In this role, you will be providing high-quality care on a 2:1 basis, ensuring that the individual you support receives compassionate and attentive care tailored to their specific needs. Your responsibilities will include providing complex care such as Tracheostomy, airway assistance with a suction and maintain the PEG for feeding and medication. You will be engaging with them in meaningful activities and taking them out in the community to promote their social interaction and well-being. Additionally, you will support with household tasks to maintain a clean and organized living environment that fosters comfort and independence.
