As a Senior Operations Manager, you will support the Account Manager in delivering outstanding facilities management across client sites, ensuring excellence in hard and soft services.
What you'll do:
Overseeing day-to-day operations, assigning and monitoring performance goals, and ensuring service delivery meets Sodexo’s high standards.
Leading, mentoring, and managing on-site Sodexo teams to drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality assurance programs.
Driving innovation in service delivery while minimising disruptions to business operations.
Collaborating with stakeholders and maintaining strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction
What you'll bring:
A strong background in Operations Management, ideally within facilities management or related sectors.
Extensive leadership experience in managing large, diverse teams and fostering a culture of excellence.
Proven experience in quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) management.
Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage costs while achieving performance targets.
The ability to handle complex challenges, provide effective solutions, and drive operational efficiencies.
A proactive approach to customer service, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
