Band 6 Acute Physiotherapist-Buckingham- �26-�27ph - ASAP
Hunter AHP have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Band 6 physiotherapist to work either in the acute medical wards of an NHS hospital in Buckinghamshire.
This role will support patient flow.
It will include Assessments and discharges from Frailty Same Day Emergency Care, within the same day. As well as re-enablement/rehabilitation, and discharge planning.
You will work as part of a wider highly experienced multi-disciplinary therapy team which include occupational therapists, nurses and other assistants.
