This position involves working at a small workplace site that provides a hot buffet breakfast, h0ot buffet lunch, sandwiches, and buffets for events. We are looking for a chef who is passionate to write menus, provide costings and is happy to work alone.Location: SW1P 3JHRate of pay: £38,000 - £40,000 per annumWorking pattern: Monday - Friday working either 7.30am to 4pm or 7am to 3.30pmKey responsibilitiesTo prepare and oversee all preparation of food to the highest standardTo produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customersTo ensure that all appropriate ingredients are available for the menusTo develop and plan menus that are in line with client and customer expectationsTo be creative when menu planningPride yourself on food quality and hygiene standardOverall responsibility for managing the kitchenWhat\'s in it for you?Working with Vacherin has its perks!
