As a Learning and Development Manager, you will have the opportunity to design innovative training programs, inspire staff to reach their full potential, and contribute to a culture of excellence.When you join Sodexo Live! you truly belong, you will have the opportunity to thrive with career and learning opportunities available across the organisation - we cant wait for you to join us!What you’ll do:Plan Prepare and deliver training for all staff at all levelsTo assist recruitment on an ongoing basis, ensuring staff retention is maintained to its highest potentialEnsure all staff are 100% inducted in line with ACC policyMonitor and maintain the relationships with local training providers to upskill the Liverpool City RegionBe responsible for providing effective training to all staff in retail, and hospitalityTo ensure that all staff have been trained in the requirements of their roleCreate innovative and creative training modules that get the very best out of our staff.Assist in the adaptation of the Sodexo Live! AcademyDevelop and implement training programs to drive the development and retention of casual staff and on siteProduce training materials, manuals or documentationTo liaise with the HR Dept. to ensure that Job Descriptions are kept up to dateUse audiovisual aids, computers, and teaching applicationsPrepare feedback or reports on training groups, targets and accomplishmentsCoordinate with departmental managersCustomise training strategies and develop training modulesTo perform other duties occasionally as and when the business requires it.What you bring:A passion to see individuals reach their potentialA good understanding of e-learningFlexibility to support weekend and event daysProficiency in using learning management systems and other technology platforms to deliver and track training contentExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.Self-motivation and the ability to work on own initiative within a team environmentWhat we offerWe offer £35,000pa.Working with Sodexo Live! is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
