Business Support Administrator
The Role:
This role is responsible for assisting with the maintenance of the Stock and Asset management system. You will process requests for new records and record amendment/updates, ensuring accuracy of data, as well as providing technical support and troubleshooting for the team.
In addition, you will be supporting the Finance Team by assisting with invoice matching of supplier invoices and generating customer invoices for manufactured goods within the Fabrications Team.
Key Responsibilities:
System Maintenance
Review and process requests received in the department mailbox for new products and system record updates ensuring requests are validated.
Investigate issues within the system and process to provide continuous improvement to all areas.
Stock Management
Assist with coordinating stock audits as per agreed schedule for accessories, assets, materials and stock.
Work with team leaders to investigate anomalies to determine a root cause and preventative actions.
Assist with goods return process, working with the Operations and Procurement team.
Finance Support
Match supplier invoices supporting the costing team when required.
Chase overdue purchase orders feeding back to Procurement and Operational teams.
Assist with the costing of Fabrications work and raise customer invoices within monthly timescales.
Transact Tunnelling hires and charges following requisitions received.
HSEQ
Complete tasks in accordance with risk assessments, notify Management of any potential noncompliance.
Report accidents and Positive Interventions using the correct methods.
Ensure the correct PPE is used at all times.
Maintain excellent levels of housekeeping, ensure areas are free from waste and trip hazards etc
Identify/Submit positive interventions where needed
Work in conjunction with HSEQ policies and procedures

Accuracy of system data entry
Efficiency of Tunnelling and Fabrications charges
Key relationships:
All areas of BCS – Full system support to the business
Person Specification:

Our staff are trained and fully qualified in the maintenance, calibration and inspection of a full range of specialist safety & lifting equipment.
