Our teams place the learner at the heart of all we do and in our state-of-the-art learning environments we are proud to delivereducation and training to a diverse group of students and businesses each year.About the RoleAs a Recruitment Coordinator, you will take ownership of the entire recruitment lifecycle, working closely with hiring managers across the College Group tounderstandtheir needs and deliver a first-class recruitment experience.You will be responsible for posting job advertisements, liaising with managers on shortlisting, arranging interviews, issuing offer letters and contracts and undertaking pre-employment checks for successful applicants.You will need to have previous experience in a similar role.You will also have the desire and ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of people and have excellent attention to detail, time management and organisational skills.Working both independently and as part of a team you will be confident in being able to manage multiple tasks and a diverse workload.
