About the Role:
We're looking for a dedicated Health Visitor (Band 6) to join our NHS client. You'll work within multi-agency teams, managing caseloads and delivering the Healthy Child Programme to support families and communities.
Requirements:
? SCPHN Health Visitor Postgraduate Diploma/Certificate
? NMC Registration
? Experience in child protection & multi-agency working
? Knowledge of current health agendas for children & families
? Ability to travel between locations
