As an Occupational Health Advisor (OHA), you will play a crucial role within our occupational health team, efficiently delivering a comprehensive range of services to both new and existing clients.. You will handle remote case management, conduct fit-to-work medicals, perform health surveillance, facilitate health promotion, administer vaccination programmes, provide wellbeing services, and deliver training services. Your expertise will ensure that we maintain the highest standards of health support for our clients.
Hours of Work: Full-time/ although may consider 3-5 days per week
Salary: �45,000 - �47,000 per annum
Occupational Health Advisor (OHA) Requirements:
* Current Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification.
* Occupational Health qualification, recorded on part 3 of the Nursing and Midwifery Council register (ideal but not essential).
* HAV's Tier 3 qualified (or willingness to undertake training for further qualification).
* Confidence to work independently with a proactive, can-do attitude.
* Excellent communication skills, adept at liaising at all levels.
