We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC team as Sales Ledger Administrator as an apprentice, studying for an AAT qualification.In this roleyou will be responsible for a variety of administrative workflows requested by the Sales Ledger Manager. What will you be doing?Raise all sales invoices/credit notesrequiredin a timely mannerReconcile allallocatedcontrol accountsin a timely mannerProcessall receipts,payments,or journals for designated bank accountsPrepare the bank reconciliation for the designated bankaccountsand meet all expected timelines – both the weekly andmonthlyreconciliationsAssistwith any credit control workflows as and whenrequiredSupport the sales ledger manager with any ad-hoc workflow requestsPosting journalsWho are we looking for?To be successful in this role, you must have strong Microsoft Word & Excel skills, including excellent interpersonal, timekeeping & mathematical skills. Previous work experience in similar administration is desirable.You will be able to demonstrate the ability to organise work and accommodate to a changing and fast-paced environments, as well as the ability to priorities workload.You’ll have good accuracy and attend to detail, with a pro-active attitude and the ability to manage workflows in an efficient way.
