Are you a skilled and compassionate ITU/ICU Nurse seeking flexible agency work? We're looking for experienced Staff Nurses to join our Intensive Care Unit in Hackney , providing exceptional patient care in a high-dependency environment. Your Responsibilities:
?? Provide high-quality, patient-centred care in an intensive care setting.
?? Monitor, assess, and respond to critically ill patients using advanced clinical skills.
?? Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomes.
?? Administer medications, IV therapies, and ventilatory support as needed.
?? Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
?? Mentor junior staff and foster a positive learning environment.
What We're Looking For:
Registered Nurse (NMC Registered) with a valid PIN.
Proven ITU/ICU/Critical Care experience ( essential ).
Strong clinical skills, including ventilator and hemodynamic monitoring.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
Critical Care Qualification (desirable but not essential).
